A cozy F2 apartment overlooking the Seine
Description
This apartment was renovated at the end of 2021 in a revisited ‘retro’ style. The decoration and furniture were by Helen Bastiand (interior designer) whose objective was to reveal a warm interior thanks to a soft mix of tones. From your french windows, you will enjoy watching the flight of birds, the Seine and its river traffic.

Room : King Size bed (180×200), 2 bedside with bedside lamps, dressing, velvet armchair and bed bench
Bathroom : Bathtub, double sink unit, washer-dryer and heated towel rail, separate toilet
External : Outdoor furniture
Parking : A car park adjacent to the house allows you to park your vehicle. You can charge your electrical vehicle from 11 Kw three-phase, 16 A, Type 2. Bicycles can be stored in a secure area.
Standard equipment :
A kit is available to facilitate the preparation of your meals and breakfast coffee, tea, sugar, milk, oil-vinegar, salt-pepper. For routine maintenance, various cleaners are provided : dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, household spray. Household linen (tea towels, towels and bed linen) is provided. The beds are furnished with duvets. An inventory of utensils, objects an other effects is made available in the apartment’s welcome booklet.

The remote control of the gate, the key to the main door and the key to the apartment are given to you upon arrival.
In case of late arrival (after 20:00), a secure box allows you to collect the keys freely. Further information will be provided if necessary.

Für uns als Radler sehr gute Möglichkeiten an Seine, Loing, Schlösser… Grand Merci an Gastgeberin Laurence für die überaus nette + sympatische Betreuung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !
Yvonne (From July 6 to 13, 2024) Wir haben nun schon zum zweiten Mal eine wunderschöne Zeit in der tollen Wohnung verbracht. Sie liegt wunderbar ruhig und direkt an der Seine. Man kann direkt von dort aus mit dem Fahrräden starten oder wandern gehen. Der Bahnhof von Thomery ist auch sehr gut und schnell mit dem Rad oder Auto zu erreichen. Von dort kann komfortabel, schnell und gunstig einen Tagesausflug nach Paris starten! Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit! Es ist einfach schön, entspannend und sehr empfehlenswert!
Michael (From May 26 to June 5, 2024) Exceptional welcome, first class apartment with view on the Seine. I highly recommend. We also rented an electric boat : natural view on the Seine.
Eric (From September 9 to 11, 2024) Everything, from the location to the reception and the equipment of the apartment. Down to the smallest details. Even real wine glasses allowing a nice tasting on the terrace on the banks of the Seine… and the bedding that allows you to sleep really well. To park the vehicle a space is dedicated.

- Access from Paris can be done by train (TER R) : Paris Gare de Lyon - Thomery / 45 minutes with 4 stops
- By car : around 70 kms.
- If you come by car, you will have parking adjacent to the house.
- GPS : To find us easily, you can enter the following address in your GPS : 44 rue de Bellevue in Thomery. Arrive at this place, you go down towards the Seine and turn right on the chemin des Roches Courteaux until #36.
